Mr. Sidibay was born and raised in koidu town, Kono districts Sierra Leone he did both primary and secondary education in Kono and later travel to Guinea and Liberia to further his education before venturing into different business in his early youth age. He later travelled to the western world to acquired training and skills in various business ventures. 

Mr. Sidibay has a wealth of experience and expertise in a wide range of business venture across the country since his early youth days both locally and nationally. He then later migrated to Cape Verde, where he settles for a while, and started traveling internationally by traversing the length and breathe of many West Africa countries: The Gambia, Senegal, Guinea – Conakry and Guinea Bissau etc…

And to many Asian countries like Hong kong – China, Bangkok, Singapore, and to other western countries like USA where he currently settles and to other part of Europe for retail and other businesses. He is currently engaged in Real Estate and Construction services in America and Sierra Leone due to experience and knowledge in the field of marketing.

Mr. Sidibay is Custodian of many international languages both local and international languages. Mr. Sidibay is loved by many for his simplicity and philanthropist activities across Sierra Leone. Mr. Sidibay has received several awards: Master Farmer of Kono 2024, Humanitarian Goodwill Awards 2023 and the Africa Golden Star Awards 2024 based on his hard work and contribution to national building, Mr. Sidibay has also been featured other articles: Diaspora Focus Magazine for his estimable contribution to Nation Building, he is known as a responsible family man with four grown daughters.
